Kirsten Fordyce Biography

Kirsten Fordyce is a Senior Loan Originator with Platinum Investment Partners and lives in Willow Glen.

Kirsten began her career in the mortgage industry as a loan processor for Almaden Home Loans. She later transitioned into a licensed loan originator as the company evolved into America’s Funding Source. Early in her career, Kirsten was among the first loan originators positioned within a real estate office, an innovative approach at the time.

Her longstanding relationship with Century 21 LAD proved especially meaningful, as it was there she met her future husband, Mark Fordyce, and father-in-law, Larry Fordyce. Over the years, Kirsten continued to build her expertise, eventually joining California Lending and later becoming an owner.

Kirsten later began an exciting new chapter by affiliating with Platinum Investment Partners. She brings experience, industry knowledge, and a genuine passion for helping clients achieve their dream of homeownership. She enjoys continually learning about the evolving real estate and mortgage industries and is passionate about bringing value to her Realtor partners through education, collaboration, and trusted guidance. With many years in the mortgage business, Kirsten has developed a deep understanding of what it takes to create successful mortgage solutions and happy homeowners. One of the most rewarding parts of her career has been building lasting relationships, and she is grateful that many of her clients have become lifelong friends.

Outside of work, Kirsten enjoys spending time with her adult sons and daughter-in-law. She loves movies, musicals, traveling, and visiting her sister in Boise, Idaho.

Her professional credentials include membership in the California Association of Mortgage Professionals. She is licensed with the California Bureau of Real Estate (#01097306) and the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (#292737).
